Bohunt Wokingham students celebrate best ever GCSE results
Students at Bohunt Wokingham, part of the high achieving Bohunt Education Trust (BET), are celebrating today after receiving their best ever GCSE results, enabling them to embark on the next stage of their education journey.
As a school we are celebrating a game-changing set of results. 85% of students have achieved a grade 4 or above in English and Maths, whilst almost 70% achieved grade 5 or above in both of these subjects. Additionally, of all the grades achieved, more than 1 in 3 were awarded at grade 7 to 9.
The 2024 cohort have achieved some of the best results in the School’s history, demonstrating great resilience, commitment and determination during their time at the school.

Individual student achievement:
Bohunt Wokingham offers a rich co-curricular programme and promotes exceptional performance in multiple areas. Chloe H achieved exceptional GCSE results whilst undertaking training and trials with team GB for rowing and competing for Henley Rowing Club through the Summer Regatta.
We also celebrate the achievement of those students who have made exceptional progress during their 5 years at Bohunt Wokingham. Their individual achievements have contributed to the best progress 8 score the school has ever achieved. This includes; Shaan S, Matthew S, Aysha F, Anna C, Timmy B, Joshua C, Sam T, Caelinn M, Mylo K and Will M. Congratulations to our game-changers.
Whilst we are exceptionally proud of the achievements of all departments and the grades of all students within the year group, we have outstanding results across the following subjects; English, Dance, Drama, Geography, Maths, Music, Physical Education, Religious Studies and Triple Science.
The 2024 cohort leave the school having achieved a record breaking set of results for Bohunt Wokingham, embodying the school’s high-expectations and commitment to BET’s ethos of enjoy respect achieve. This includes delivering unparalleled educational opportunities and highly effective teaching to nurture and develop students into becoming “game-changers”.
