







All uniform and equipment should be clearly labelled with the student’s name.
Our uniform and PE items are available from our school uniform suppliers:
General Purpose items may also be available from other school wear suppliers but they must be compliant with the school uniform policy. If you are unsure, please check with the school before purchasing uniform items to ensure they meet the school requirements. Families entitled to free school meals should contact the school to discuss uniform arrangements. The senior leadership team will have the ultimate authority in determining whether uniform items comply with the policy.

| Skirt | All Years | Black pleated skirt with Bohunt school logo. Skirts should be an appropriate length and not be rolled. |
| PE Polo Shirt | All Years | Black polo shirt with the Bohunt school logo in white. |
Please note from 2026-27, ALL students will be expected to wear a collared shirt and house tie. Polo shirts will not be part of the uniform for any year groups.
House ties can only be purchased directly from the school. Communications will be sent when the School Gateway is open for ties to be purchased.

| White shirt | All Years | Plain white shirt, long or short sleeved shirt. |
| Trousers | All Years | Black trousers: No particular make but they must be smart and ‘suit-style’ i.e. conservatively fitted (not over-tight, flared, loose, low slung, denim, or boot cut), not cotton, denim or cord. No stretch material. |
| Socks | All Years | Plain black. No fluffy socks. |
| Tights | All Years | Plain black or natural – no fishnet or patterned. |
| Footwear | All Years | Plain black formal leather shoes, not trainers. No sports branded shoes (e.g. Nike, Vans, Adidas). Low heeled/ flat leather type. No boots, sling back shoes, canvas type shoes, or sandals. |
| Outside Coats, and bags | All Years | Coats may be worn over the blazer in the outside areas of the school. The decision to wear coats inside the school building, in cases of extreme cold weather, will be at the discretion of the Head Teacher No hoodies / hooded tops to be worn at all. Any motifs or labels on coats or bags etc. must be discreet and inoffensive (i.e. not sexist, racist or relating to drugs culture in any way). |

| Jewellery* | Students can wear one small plain stud in each ear. No other jewellery is allowed (exemption for a religious item) . Earrings and other items must be removed for STEM and PE. No other piercings are allowed. |

| Make-up | Should be discreet; neutral colours only. No nail polish, false nails, or nail enhancements of any kind. Nails should be of an appropriate length to participate in lessons. No eyebrow slits. |
| Hair | Must be neat and tidy. Long hair must be tied back for health and safety reasons in some areas e.g. PE, Science and Design Technology. Extreme styles or non-natural colours are not permitted, e.g. tram lines or patterns – grade 2+ only permitted. |
