Bohunt Education Trust have adopted Reading Plus to promote, assess and support the development of our year 7 students reading ability.
Students invest one lesson each week in focussed reading directed using the Reading Plus digital platform. This reading is in addition to the dedicated time during our tutor programme.
Each student’s progression through Reading Plus is independent, permitting confident readers to pursue more challenging texts, and also for teachers to plan group support to nurture skills in students who find reading more challenging.
